The best way to get around: By foot
How to get there: By road – Birmingham has links
to the M6, M5, M1, M42 and M40. By coach – Birmingham
connects directly with 500 destinations. By rail - Birmingham
has three main line stations, Birmingham New Street,
Birmingham Snow Hill and Birmingham Moor Street, with
rail links from the North, South, East and West. By
air - Birmingham International Airport is 10 minutes
by rail from the City Centre or 30 minutes by taxi.
New this year: £500 million has been spent redeveloping
the Bullring shopping complex which will house over
130 shops, bars and restaurants.
