Mauritius Blignaut's aggressive, yet steady,
bowling style is fast becoming one of Zimbabwe's
trump cards.
The ever-improving seamer made an indelible
impression during the first of Zimbabwe's two-match
Test series in November 2002, taking eight wickets
and hitting a sturdy half-century in the first
innings.
As a result of this and other encouraging performances
with both bat and ball since then, Blignaut
provides the Zim selectors with an exciting
option: A strike bowler who can also bat.
