Is located on Bishop’s Avenue in London and is
said to have the approximate value of £102 million
and the owner is King Fahd of Saudi Arabia.
Kenstead hall is found on one of the most famous parts
of Bishop’s Avenue in the north west of London.
This residence is owned by King Fadh of Saudi Arabia.
His father, King Khaled bought the property for £2.7
million which at the time was a record from the shipping
mogul Ravi Tikkoo in 1976. Before Tikkoo left the UK
with the Unions he added a cricket pitch and an orangery.
The 1936 Hollywood-Tudor house was then renovated costing
£10 million he also bought the home in nearby
Winnington Road.
In 1990 the Saudi Arabian royal family came to visit
and they bought Arden Court just off the Avenue, which
now is worth £15 million, so that they could save
on the hotel bills.
