of selling your home yourself
Selling
property is a long and tedious process but the
out come is worth it (that is if you do it right).
The disadvantages out way the advantages but it
doesn't mean that you should forget about selling
your home yourself (remember you will not have
to pay any commissions). Get prepared first and
find out as much about the market as you can and
if after a few months you haven't sold your home
