Great Britain runner Georgina Harland produced a superb performance in the 300m run to clinch a bronze medal in the modern pentathlon event.

Harland, started the last of the five events in 14th place, and took over 12 competitors to clinch the bronze medal.

The Silver medal went to Latvia’s Jelena Rublesvka with the gold medal going to Hungary’s Zsuzsanna Voros.
