| Princess
Alexandra
Princess Alexandra
was born at her family’s home of 3 Belgrave Square
on Christmas Day 1936. Alexandra is the second and only
child of the late Duke and Duchess of Kent and her brothers
are the present Duke of Kent and Prince Michael of Kent.
Most of her childhood was spent at the country home,
Coppins in Buckinghamshire. Princess Alexandra’s
farther was killed in a wartime flying accident in 1942
when she was five years old.
