Worcester
Worcester is a thriving
Cathedral city, set in beautiful riverside surroundings.
Situated in the heart of England, Worcester enjoys
excellent access by road, rail and air. The River
Severn flows through the heart of the city and
next to it is Worcester Cathedral. But enough
of the tourist information.
Worcester really is a modern,
multicultural community with lots to offer, in
terms of eating out, partying or general culture.
It's a small city, yet it's got all you would
need in it, and it's not too big as to be impersonal.
The student's Union is also
really quite active and they put on lots of balls,
parties and dance nights. There is a lot of shopping
that can be done in Worcester with all the usual
high street stores and markets, arcades and specialist
weird-type shops.
On top of that, Worcester's
got all the other attractions you'd expect from
a city with loads of top bars, homely pubs, top-nosh
restaurants, cinemas, bowling alleys and sporting
facilities as well as several clubs.
