Norwich
OK - lets get this sorted
from the very start. People from Norwich are not
inbred, slow, afraid of strangers, or country
bumpkins. Norwich is a fine city with a friendly
local populace who go out of their way to be friendly
to students. The city is just about big enough
that there's always something to do, and the city
lives on students who make up a comparatively
large proportion of the population.
For that reason, parts of
the city are geared solely towards students, which
is great - you feel like the people there are
actually proud of the non-locals and you can get
almost anything that you want shopping wise. In
fact, Castle Mall has all the major national shops
for all those who want to spend their student
loans.
In terms of clubs and nightlife,
Norwich has it's fair share of student nights
in the local clubs, Time and Liquid are the most
student-y and cheesy, but MOJOs isn't too bad
either on a Friday night.
