As
sassy assistant Lucy Hatcher, Marla Sokoloff has
caught the attention of audiences across the country.
She holds her own among the show's award-winning
cast and consistently delivers delightfully feisty
performances.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Sokoloff moved
to Los Angeles in 1994 and enrolled in the Los Angeles
County High School of the Arts, where she studied
theatre and music. She won numerous awards and accolades
for her singing, performing the national anthem
at such high profile events as the Oakland A's baseball
games, and for the USO.
Soon after moving to Los Angeles, Sokoloff began
landing roles on several popular television series
including Home Improvement, Party of Five, 3rd Rock
From the Sun, and 7th Heaven. On the big screen,
she has appeared in the films Sugar and Spice; Dude,
Where's My Car?; The Babysitters Club; True Crime;
and Whatever It Takes.
