New
Jersey native Ali Larter began her
career as a model and became first "discovered"
when she took the role in the November '96
issue of Esquire Magazine as "it"-girl,
"Allegra Coleman". People were stunned
by the beauty that was possessed by this mystery
girl that they had never heard of, but according
to the cover, she was a bigger name than Gwenyth
Paltrow! However, it was later learned that
"Allegra" was Ali Larter-a model. |
| Soon
after, Ali was cast into a new film from MTV
Films, in which she would co-star with one
of the moment's hottest stars, James Van Der
Beek. With the success of Dawson's Creek,
people were sure to be flocking to theatres
to see him light up the screen. |
