bars and clubs in Braunton

Braunton is in Devon and has a number of bars and pubs but a relatively tame nightlife. The atmosphere on the whole is friendly with many themed nights – including cabaret, disco, dance, chart and jazz. If you’re after a relatively cheap night out at packed locals and smoky bars than this will be right up your alley. The local taverns are where most of the locals will find themselves on nights out.

Braunton especially has a good selection of friendly pubs. As a small village most are in walking distance of each other. The Agricultural Inn is one such, referred to by locals as ‘Aggi’. The Black Horse by contrast is a small, cosy and friendly pub. The George Hotel also has two large bars with a good selection of ales, beers and lagers. There are a few other well sized pubs with a good atmosphere in close proximity.
